One bright ray of sunshine to inspire,
to cast off our misery.
A new day to encounter tomorrow,
to go follow your dreams.
Open our hearts cast off our sorrow,
life is not bad as it seems.
Spirit within will once again move you,
you can face anything.
The Lord gives us faith to see us through,
even fly on brokern wings.
Before long our day looks sunny and bright,
a dawning of a new day.
