we are looking forward to improve our Forum.... if anyone wants to participate as a moderator can send me Private Message with his /her availability and forum of INTEREST (of-course his/her ideas to improve that forum).
Old members did really well and they need some rest so give them a little break and hopefully we'll call a few of them back to support our Janubaba Family once again.

Every body will have some words with me before appointing as a moderator.
Today I'm here with some updates about "GAMING ZONE".
1. We’ll check all topics regularly either they are suitable or NOT for gaming zone.
2. All topics / games those produce only ONE WORD Answer or Smiley and make no sense (no use of brain) are simply "NOT ALLOWED".
3. I've Locked all topics.... and if any member thinks (and i'm sure there will be a lot of good topics those need to re-open) please PM me with topic name and its URL I'll open them for you.
Hopefully everyone will understand and help us to help you.....
Dear JB Family, As you know that we'd appointed a few moderators to help us and I'm really greatful to them for being so helpful.
Now we are giving a chance to some new and old members to come forward and help us maintain good stander of the Forum, In this regards I need your PM's and ur availability.
I read each post and yes ... we are not copying other sites. we want to do things on our own with consent of JB members.
as far as I noticed
1. Everyone is concerned abt slow speed
2. Big signatures can capture whole page so we can't see the actual post.
3. Signatures slow down Page Loading.
4. annoying members who got "dial up Internet".
so moral of this ....
We are requesting members to remove all pictures from their signatures with in one week. (dead line 1st May 08).
Signatures only with "TEXT" are allowed with emoticons
hopefully everyone will co-operate with us to remove "Pictures / Animations" from Signatures or We willl be removing any left after 1st May 2008.
