i think its all becoz of previous management n e ways jo hua so hua but now we hve to look fwd n my recommendation is    fragi, smooth daday ,castro, sweeti , in ppl ko management mai ana chiyah they r regular plus mature

Fragi remember time of ur managment. JB is in poor form now a days just due to the fact u mentioned above.I agree with u strongly

let me tell everyone that during our tenure (almost one year back) team consistes of Me, QV, Fragi, WOL and SRK.We have stepped down one mod just being harsh to a member. But now things are changed i have seen a topic with really harsh wording .

its clearly bedlam here.

firstly. NO RESPECT!, when i was modrating i diddn't kick anyone out, but i was given my post from a previous fireing. the members still had that in their hearts and set about trying to break the forum.

JB dosen't just stay on JB, it is spoken about on e-mails in the social networking sitings, and RACISM, and BULLYING were taking place.

it was conducted in a incidious passive manner, which for alot of dull people, they coulden't pick up on it.
this is still present today. i would say to the mods, OUTLINE RULES, that are not just effective but enforceable.

as much as i see you guys as members, i dont have much faith that you will sucecced. im sorry but its become pretty lawless.

to top this off, certian members have the RANG BAZI GEAN! i.e. if theirs trouble lets jump on the band wagon rarther then help the situation they hinder it.

when i got banned i was reading some remarks, which clearly show a state of tick and tack.

thanx for recommending my name GZ but honestly i am not interested in joining da management team.. i juz wanna come here as a regular member, chat with everyone and have gud time.. dats all.. management join karna is not a big deal lekin mae yeh responsibility nahi lena chahti. i already have loadza responsibilities in my personal life.. but i really appreciate k tum ne muje is kabil samjha aur mera naam recommend kiya.. thanks buddy

secondly.. sab ka ek hee hall hae k jin jin ki narazgi hae wo ek doosre ko sorry kar lain.. try to forget woteva happened in the past and start from scratch (even tho its not easy).

bcz jaisay halaat ja rahay hain idhar fun ka naam bhi nahi rahay ga sirf larai jhagre hee chalte rahain gay.. teasing, complaining, criticising hee hoti rahay gi.

Well Mod team must be restructed

1, elimnate mod reconmendations, and impliment a fair and impartial system.

2, have a clear displine system that is not bias or open to abuse

3, tackle problems not only on jb, but arising from it, social networking sites have become a ground for bullying

4, get some clear guidlines for user usage, swear at perents IS NOT EXCEPTABLE

5, Don't do all this and leave it to arbitairy people. make sure they CAN enforce it and are not panseys to the pull of peer pressure.

6, have a P45 procedure. i.e. when someone is taken off modship have a system in place to deal with any backlash

7, keep the rule about having no gangs on JB, you might think its trivial but their are still two gangs present on JB. this is due to offensive content and so called recruitment.

8, ATTACK THE POINT NOT THE PERSON

9, make sure mods check the reasoning/reason behind a person/topic being closed/banned

10, impliment all nine rules, it should be fine,

i still stand by my feelings. my anger was and is justified. but i have little faith in the mods, sorry people but i have to be honest. this argument and problem is deeper then jb, its personality clashes, lose moral values and greed which has lead up to jb being in the state it is
