WTF iz goin’ on here!!??

WTF r da moderaters and da adminstrators doin'!!?? sittin' on their asses while shahrukh khan puts crap 'bout ma religion!!! Listen I've been passive for da last 2 yrs and u seriously do not want me to get started on other religions! I try to repect'em but someone attacks ma religion I will seriously honest to god "F*** HIM UP!!!!" and show dat mofoe his true place!!!

can any1 explain what does it mean :
