forum rules

i think forum rules do not cover many aspects of day to day issues & i also find favoursim in them something needs to be done

ok..for starters...

how come rules do not mention what happens to a member if he/she personally attacks someone else? it shold specifically set the guidelines as to what's the procedure that shold be taken so everyone is aware of the consequences if they plan to use bad lingo for others
