the right to enact the sharia cannot be given to individuals,its state responsibility and if the state is not fulfilling its responsibility,we can protest,and try to change the system in a democratic way.every one has its own interpretation of islam and if we allow individuals to enforce islam on their own,the results would be devastating for the nation.
