1) in this topic its open for mods.. so go and speak, but fight thru pm's with me ok?

2) list of offenders is required so I WILL open and KEEP a topic on list of warned/ blocked members for all mods to refer to.

3) a copy of rules SHUD and WILL be posted for all

4) a guidelines of how to do and wot to d will also be posted.

5) if any mod wants to share ANYTHING with ANYONE of us, he/she is welcome to do so without fear of deleted topics.
rest u all can pm me in case u hav compains etc. and suggestions
