Walking alone in the rain
Hiding my tears
Trying not to show
Blending the tears with the rain
Hoping things will go right
Wishing I had a way out
Or someone with love who
Could comfort me
And make all my worries
Disappear in instant
I’m alone now

Wondering why
While thoughts rush through my mind
Hoping and praying
Everything goes to plan

A bright light ahead

Confident and strong
High goals and aims
A small smile arises on the face
While I realise this was the answer
