Rehan bahi ... point was not a GPS device or a new technology... the concern was how they'll be used in terrorism, I was telling you as u r reading these information thus Govt must have read them in good time so they have their own control levels and practically when I use my car I hardly check around all the time jus get on the car without any safety check.... it’s bad but it’s true.
and tracking system had been introduced in Pakistan in 1998 and now it’s not a big deal to trace a car but a radio controlled or GPS controlled Bombs are not like "patakhay" which can be available on grocery shops.
Govt intelligence agar itni hi buri hoti tu jo ho raha hay us say kahein ziada ho sakta tha.

Example - You park your vehicle in a public area and go away to attend your job. Some one can plant
a bomb in your vehicle with GPS system & track your movements/whereabouts and activate the bomb when you are passing or close to the desired target area.
Hence it is best for us to be vigilant at all times as this could be a possibility which the terrorist will look at.
The bad side of this is unknowingly you can be carrying a bomb with you and if you are stopped at a check point you will become an innocent victim and it goes without saying what trouble you will have to go through thereafter.
