In my opinion yes its better to have loved and lost, it makes you a stronger person, its one of lifes precious experiences. I know u hv to go through the mourning period, the grief when u realise its no longer reality, that hurts.. but even though you loose you still have the memories, whereas if you have never loved what have you to remember?
