Glass Tears


I can hear you...
The familiar sound of your voice,
So soft,
But it's not really you.

I can see you...
An image so clear,
But it's just a broken mirror,
I'm looking through.

Oh, please, tell me,
I'll see you again.
Tell me I can hug you,
My dear little friend.

Teardrops are falling,
Wanting you near....
Just one glimpse,
Of that face so dear.

Little one, I remember,
All the times so few.
And I recall all the joy,
The sweetest laugh from you.

Believe these words,
I love you endlessly,
Have them be a memory...
Of what used to be.

I miss you so,
Every laugh, every smile.
I recall parting tears,
A tear for every mile.

No matter where I go,
How many children I shall meet,

Tears of strength
     
It is hard to stop quivering lips.
A river which you are beside of.
Drinking its water, it never runs dry.
Evergreen shores, fulfilled promises.
Those who have gone on before.
I can only wish, I can only wonder.
A crown of glory, a robe of white.
Far gone from this world of troubles.
I do not walk alone nor do I cry alone.
There are many who shed these tears.
O'these tears of earthly woe's.
They have been falling for long days now.
I can only call them how I see them.
Tears of strength.

Invisble Tears
     
     My worlds falling down,
Around my ears,
Nobody here
Can see my tears,
No-one around
To calm my fears...

No-one to turn to,
Nowhere to hide,
No-one can feel,
The pain thats inside,
The agony i hide...

Where can i run to,
Where can i go?
Wherever i go,
No-one will know,
I'll still be alone...

Tears Of Snow
     
It's a long, cold night
With a misty sight
Gentle, white flakes
Quickly cakes
The slowly, freezing ground
The snow is a little dense
No caring of the prescence
Of another thing
Silently she watches
No sound is heard
With the pale light of the moon
Revealing another sight
More snow falls
Though not from a cloud
It mixes with the ground
No grass is shone
And quietly she cries alone
Her tears of snow

A Million Tears


A million silent tears
Poured from the gray sky
The tears that fell from heaven
The tears the angels cried

The water filled the rivers
It washed away all fears
The water from the oceans
Were once a million tears

My Tears

Things look distant and dark at night,
And petty things all seem at might.
In the darkness there is something that glistens,
But is lighter than a whisper to listen.
You might be there and gazing at me,
On my face, the falling tears you will see.
I itch for your hand to gather the drops,
When it touches my face, it seems that time stops.
I see you wipe my tears dry,
and making me promise to never cry.
I see those sparkling drops arise in your eyes,
Your love I see, in deep fathom lies.
Your tears fall, across your cheek,
falling into your hands making it weak.
My tears they mingle with your tears,
and they wash away all my fears.

Tears of Pain!


You were just to blind to see
how much I really cared
you didn't even pay attention
to when I was really there!

I tried so hard
to think of things to say
I never wanted to upset you
in any kind of way.

I am so sorry if you thought I was never there
I am so sorry that you thought I never cared
I never wanted you to feel that way
I never even knew of what to do or say.

You were my bestest best friend
and I had listened to every word you said
but you just wouldn't ever open up to me
always hiding your true feelings about your boyfriend being dead.

I never even ignored you
I wanted to always be at your side
I didn't want you hurting yourself
with all the pain you tried to cover up and hide.

So much pressure
of worrying of what you might do
I knew you wanted to die because of Trent
and I didn't want to end up losing you to.

I cried every night
asking God to make you strong
because I couldn't bare the thought
of you also being gone.

So if you think I am selfish
because I tried to ease your pain
I am sorry you looked at it that way
hopefully the truth is what someday you will gain.

I am glad Sam's now your best friend
so you don't need to rub it all in my face
because the only thing I ever wanted for you
is for you to be always happy in everything you do.

So when I see you smiling
from all the way down the hall
I will think of how much I miss to hear you talk to me
without any kind of insecurity.

I will remember back on those days
when we used to laugh over nothing
such as the time I spelt that pop on the floor
boy was that really something.

I will remember the times
when we always acted so dumb
I loved those moments
because they were always fun.

Everyday on my way to school
I always thought about seeing you
because you were the highlight of my day
and because you helped me through in every way.

I am sorry you didn't feel the same way
and now here you are saying GOODBYE
well sense you decided it is now our end
I to, will wave my hand painfully back and forth, waving to you back, goodbye!

So the chained pearls dangle and sway,

In him Pearls be and an unbroken heart stays.

"Don't go my daring," begged he "Let me
Find the pearls in the sea to make a chain",
So saying he left and on his return from sea
With her pearls she was long gone to heaven.

In her memory he's decided to produce
A chain of pearls from the oceanic floor,
But he's ended up with two chains of pearls
One from the sea and one from his tears for her.
