Karachi looked so different the last time I visited in December after many years...flyovers are great. I hope other things will change too.

I think those development plans for karachi were made and started b4 Mustafa Kamal's coming in the office. He can get some of the credit of overseeing completion of projects...He deserves kudos for hard work but neither him nor his parental party, MQM can claim all the credit....though they would luv to
