NEED HELP GUYS !!

hey guys...maine galti se woh click kerdiya ke koi bhi forum bharey ka woh message mere inbox mai aajaye ga..how am i suppose to delete that ?? jab bhi inbox kholo 20 mails aaie huwii hoti hai...i dont want that..plzz tell me....Thanx....takecarE !!
