Cineplex opened in pakistan

First Time in history CINEPLEX has opened in pakistan(Karachi)..and I have gone today..but unfortunetely I could not see a movie..today 'Deep Rising' in one screen..and other is 'Qurbani'(nadeem, shabnum) on cineplex..Cineplex is near Seaview Defense Karachi..and I have given a brocher of movie and timing..and taken my email address for movie info,so I feel good than other cinimas..owner cineplex belongs to usa..location is good near Sea.

Yeah,it's a quality made(DTS) cinima..as well as restaurant is also present,I have told two screen in this cineplex..well decorated..well staff..nice building..atmosphere is very cool.. almost 3 weeks has established..newspaper shows advertize.
most interesting thing when I went..nobody knows about "cineplex" word..so I have to explain them.

'Yeh dil aap ka hawa' had released ..spent a good biz..and mostly movie realeased is english movies..locatin is very nice.. infront of seaside..but ticket is double than other dts cinima..and only having car people can go there.

There is one only cineplex in whole pakistan,so atleat karachi city is introducing modern cinimas.ydakh38006.683125

oh okies, but still, wat if u go to the cineplex by bus and u get off n try to walk in, they wont let u in, wud they?

i heard they are opeing a new cinema screen in area 51 so that might be the first multiplex in karachi.


i also heard that there is multiplex in lahore.

area 51 is a club in defence in pakistan whihc also has bowling.


multi plex is basically a big center whith shops for shopping, resturants cafes, bowling hall, computer machines, fun games, snooker and pool tables and ofcourse a cinema

it is really a big hall with everything.

I don't think that this is true. I am not 100% but I think the Multiplex and Cineplex are different brandnames for international cinema companies; both imply cinema houses with multiple screens.

They have however come into common use, the same way that bandaid, asprin and xerox started out as a brands, but became a product names.
