i have been to the new food street its more rubbisher then the old one. they have choodiyan shops instead of food shops.

why are they rubbish because the hygine is a couse of concern who ever eats there is bound to get stomach problems.

they do? i went last year and didn't see any...

not me.....
thats the whole point of food street in lahore. its all abt tradition....and that means eating, the old fahioned way with your hands! gettin' down and dirty! hygene was the furthest thing from my mind, cause the food was kick ass.

food was nice, but when you see them cooking it you wont feel hungry.

but still its very clean to some places i have seen in india.

but i dont see the point of a new food street the old one was fine and much better.
its just like making a new big ben in london.

and there were more choodiya shops then food shops in the new food street.

i've seen 'em cookin' it on the street corners even and that just makes me more hungry!! it all goes back 2 tradition and making' grub the old fashioned way. thats just me i guess.....

the new food street is directed more 2wards tourists...bright lights, good location and so on. thats probably y they made it...

will i like the old one more better and plus you havent seen them cook it proply. wen i saw them they were coughing and rolling the kebabs with the same hand.

lol. the same could be said for restaurants all over the world. lol. but because they are not out in the open, u don't see it....

that stuff (coughing, sneezing, even spitting on food) happends everywhere! only in pk....they have the balls 2 do it in front of u!!
