Well sweetie cant read all the stuff But why not try to connect to the net with out that AOL broswer thing. I have aol broad band and had the same problem , but now i connet to DSL with out opening that AOL browser and keeping it minimize all the time.
So if u dont have already dont that I can help , its works great and connects quickly too
