u r so mistaken...perhaps u dun have a tv or somethin cuz u shud see the interviews of indians who said they r here more so cuz they have alwayz wanted to see lahore but cudn't cuz of the visa but now since the match is takin place they were given the visa...so duh to u! every1 knows Lahore is well known for its beauty, hospatility and its nite life. just accept the truth, it wont hurt yr ego

i've always looked at pakistani cities like so:

karachi is pakistan's equivilent 2 LA, or Vancouver, and lahore is pakistan's equivilent 2 New York or Toronto!!

karachi is modern and is good in its own ways (similar to LA, and Vancouver) but lahore is where the magic happends (similar to toronto and new york)!!

lahore is ancient historical place...

Karachi have huge markets..a number Shopping Plazas...huge places..never be imagine whole pakistan.

My all cousin from Multan has come to karachi..they didn't go to Lahore...

They r so surprize..how big city is Karachi?

Many people of punjab r migrating to karachi becoz here r opportunity of business and jobs..well standard of living.

rite i had spend ma childhood in karachi i've been there fo 15 years .. we use to live in pechs . blk 7/8 .. near nursery n hill park .. i studied in PAF degree college , Faisal base ... .. i know very well abt karachi .. but . ya know there is a mysterious attraction in lahore ..... aur aab waise bhi lahore mein bhi kafi development hoyee hai .. n greenry oh ma .. waise population bhi kam nahi .. 8.5 Million .... haan karachi is a big city , infact karachi is a metropoliatan city .. but lhore lhore ey

lol. yaar.....economics is only one little aspect. i'm looking at the bigger picture (overall)!! new york's the heart and soul of the US, Toronto's the heart and soul of Canada, and Lahore is the heart and soul of Pakistan! NOBODY can deny this.
