I've learnt that life doesnt have a meaning for those who think this world is temporary, and the fact that we have nothing in our hands.
I've also learnt that giving things in the hands of Allah Almighty makes you free from taking things in ure hands and messing up.
I've truly learnt to be quiet and hold myself (Sabar) at times when im in pain or am hurt. It helps my brain to enjoy the feelings till they last while the body does its healing.
