There are two different ways to customize your Wi-Fi password. The first method is directly through the
change Centurylink's password with the CenturyLink application. You can download it from Google or Apple Store. The second method is via modem settings, which you can access from any device connected to the Internet.
What if you can't find the CenturyLink Change Wi-Fi Password tab in the app?1. If you can't find this option in your app, there are some things you can try.
2. Update your app to the latest version available in the App Store.
3. Make sure that your modem is working properly. Check indicator lights.
4. The CenturyLink application has a troubleshooting solution. Click on the "Test my service" link in the app, it will act as a diagnostic to find any network problem.
5. Unplug the modem. Wait a few minutes, then turn it back on again. You can also reload it through the app.
