i was wondering if there are any humaira arshad fans out there?! i see people making posts in countless discussions regarding good-looking actresses/actors/singers in lollywood. in my opinion, when it comes to CLASSY, good-looking singers...humaira arshad takes the cake!
anyhow, i heard she has a new album coming out this summer (2003) and I was hoping someone might have some info on it??

i think whatever her hairstyle is i don't care...as long as she don't stop singing.....i luv her voice and she is so pretty (the prettiest of all singers)......she even sang a song with Zain in Larki Panjaban even though she doesn't sing for Lollywood anymore...which shows she knows the hard work zain ( + others) are putting into it and anyway i think the new hairstyle suits her! SHE IS THE BEST!

wow! i'm speechless reema jee! saima's enough, but you also back me up on humaira arshad?!?!! u and i have OUTSTANDING taste when it comes to the pakistani entertainment industry! i too agree 110% that humaira arshad is the best looking singer. and her voice stands out. i love her song on LP and i hope its picturised on saima!

thanks again for the support and again, you're right: whatever the situation, we gotta back up pakistan and its artists!
i did see the defence day transmission! i even recorded the show which featured all the singers at sia-chine (sp?) where they were given a tour. while i didn't cry, the entire transmission was indeed very emotional and told it like it is. very informative. shows like this, help people like us who live outside of pk, understand what our people have gone through. it was great.
and ustaadjee, shame on you for laughing at humaira! she's cool...!

Hamaira Arshad is good if she sing in urdu lanuage,like 'Sada ho apney pyar key" Madam Noor jehan song,so she can sing well for film but I am not happy for today's Bukwas Punjabi Album,she is copying the 'Bhangra' trend,recently I like Shabnum Mujeed voice that's cool in Laaj movie and Larki punjaban and recently I linten in ARY DIGITAL NEW SONG,so cool

ydakh jee, humaira arshad was born and raised in lahore! she IS punjabi. lol. its her first laguage. i've always thought the opposite: she is better suited for punjabi songs, not urdu. but she can sing both very well, thats y i'm her fan! as 4 her doing bhangra music its trendy these days. look at fariha pervaiz's new album....she's doing punjabi music too. its 'in' right now! but shabnum majeed is cool 2. u know her, humaira and even hadiqa (i think) have learned from nusrat?!! thats why they all sing great! they've learned from the best!
and mr. jani420, is your favorite 'larki' humaira arshad?! if so, u have some competition. lol. (j/k)

but all lahori singer is coming to punjabi because they are failed in urdu album,becuse they know punjab is a big majority of pakistan,this personally think is a cheap sale of their album...Waris baig also,I am sorry to lahori people,they should think karachi,Hyderabad is a big majority of urdu speaking,they dont like these punjabi singing,but I like abrur-ul-Haq Despite of punjabi lanuage,these rhythum is good...

jinaab, they sing both urdu and punjabi equally, i think! they have 2 make everyone happy. altho urdu market is big, punjabi market is also huge. lahore, lahore eh! but as far as abrar, humaira, fariha, jawad etc. go, they are originally from lahore and they live there now! they HAVE to sing punjabi FIRST! if someone is from islamabad or karachi, they have a right to sing urdu FIRST!
aur aap notice bhi karain...almost 95% of singers who make it BIG, their first hit song is punjabi. example:
abrar - billo de khaar humaira - gul sun dholna fariha - patang baaz jawad - o kendi eh sayaan mei teri fakhir - (i'm not sure of his first hit, but right now sub to sohniya is hot) hadiqa - boohay bariyan nusrat - must qalander and the list goes on! punjabi is NEEDED!!
