frangi ne sahi ilaj bataya hai
yeh SALAN khane khatam kar do,, have plain food (no masala), plain roti, milk products,, loads of water
no fried cheezein,,, or fizzy drinks
sehri mei roti khao youghart k saath
aftari mei milk with khajoor and then thora theher k have ur dinner,, balanced meal with carbohydrates, meat, youghart/cheese, fruits
dinner k baad thori si walk karo,,, ya traviyah parho
aik week mei aik damm theek ho jao ge
