by birth se matlab AAP KI birth NAHI,, but even if im born in france mere parents ki pak mei paidaish ki waja se i ll remain a paki
Im not talking abt nationality yar
origins ki baat ho rahi hai.. for example u might ve never been to pak (or kashmir) and u dont consider urself as paki,,, but then our presence on this forum ???
there is something in all of us which will remain paki

i only want to know wot is that thing

generation gap hona natural hai,, no doubt

howcome our parents were unable to "tranfer" their values to next generation

me shayad ab iss age mei hu k khud se batein samajh saku,, but dont forget we all ve been thru an age jab bohot se jawab chaiye hote hein aur tab koi samjhane waala nahi hota..

our buzurg and even hum log yeh bhool jate hein k hum khud konsi age se guzre hein,, we alll forget that hum log bhi kabhi 10/15/20 saal k the,,,, tab hamare zehn mei jo batein hoti thi woh hamare bachon k zehn mei bhi hongi..... jo mushkil hum pe guzri wohi mushkil bachon pe bhi guzar rahi hogi


hum ab bare ho gae,, we ve more experience and we understnad things better (well not always) par hum yehi baat aik bache se kaise expect kar sakte hein jisse koi experience nahi hai
ab me apne parents ki kuch batein samajhne lagi hu,,, par aaj se 5/10 yrs pehle agar me samajh nahi sakti thi to iss mei mera kya kasoor tha ?????????

khud ko sach sabit karna tab theek hai jab k aap wakai SACH ho,, otherwise i consider it as a LIE,, chahe koi bhi ho :)
see in ur example,, its exactly wot our parents do.. aur me yehi kehna chah rahi hu k agar bachpan se yeh tarbiyat mile k jhoot pe arr jao to wot do u expect from ur children k woh bare ho k kya reer maar lein ge ??

u r rite,,, best solution is to discuss pbs,,
galti hum mei bhi hai and i already said it,, magar ab mujhe shayad iss liye zyada clearly samajh aane lagi hai coz imma mother myself,, agar me apne bachon ko koi baat bachpan se sikhau gi nahi,, agar me unhein itna confidence nahi du k woh galt ko galt keh sakein aur sach pe kayam rahein to kaise maloom hoga unhein,,
ya to woh ehsas e kamtari ka shikar honge ya phir ehsas e bartari ka (which is quite the same thing)

u said most of the time parents are right,, han shayd yeh baat theek ho,, but masla yeh hai k they dont even know y did they take this or that decision,, if they could explain clearly to shayd bachon ko samajh aa jae,, par nahi,, they only say a word "do it coz im saying it"
