i brought that on to myself n now im stuck with it for the rest of my life..

everynight i go to sleep by 2 or 3..because every night im either on my laptop or watching tv..

im sure if u/i change our routines..throw the distractions away we'll be able to change it..but i do get up in the afternoon the next because of the summer vacations so im not complaning that much

buttt when my classes start, im sure ill be complainin coz most of my classes are in the morning..

I channel hop alot when I can't sleep, all you'll see is overly-tanned idiotic presenters with pearly white psychotic smiles on their faces trying to sell you a damn blender!

If it's not them barking on, it's the news to 'soothe' your soul with all this crap about what's going on in the world!

Listening to music doesn't always help, you end up feeling even more tired.

Reading, lol, that has worked in the past but now it doesn't.

I don't know what to do anymore! :'(
