Losing A Piece Of My Soul
I came to you the hour I was in pain
Looking for answers, I cried to you in vain.

I shared the many skeletons hiding in my heart,
I knew then you'd be my friend,
I knew it from the start.

Troubles ran like rivers, flowing through my life,
You picked the pieces up and help me through my strife.

When home wasn't home to me no more,
You opened up your heart, and opened up the door.

We cried into night until the early morn.
We solaced each other's pain and shared our many thorns.

As time flew, the air grew thick,
I saw our friendship fading, and my heart grew sick.

The day had arrived,
When it was time to say goodbye.

Now I sit alone,

teri gali mein bohat dair sai kada hoon magar
kisi nai pooch lya tu jawab kya doon ga

meri khamosh nighaoon ko chashm-e-num sai na daikh
main ru pada tu diloon k tabaq hila doon ga

yonhi udas raha main tu daikhna ik din
tamam shehar mein wiranayan bicha doon ga

woh dard hi na raha warna aaye mat-e-DIL
mujhe guman bhi na tha main tujhe bhola doon ga

Abhi tu raat hai kuch dair soo lo Khan
koi bulaye ga tu main tujhe jaga doon ga....!!!

qurbat to bari chiz hai aae jaan-e-tamanna
iss dil ki tassali ko tera naam buhat hai

kabhi sooraj ki tamanna nahi baaqi
roshni chor gai dil mein andhera aisa

lo bujh gaya kisi ki tamanna liye hoi
woh dil ke jis pe koun-o-makan ko guroor tha

khilta tha kabhi jis mein tamanna ka shagofa
khirki woh bari dair se weeran pari hai

kis dil mein bo rahe ho tamanna ke bij-o-kham
yeh dukh ki sar-zamin to kale kale gulaab de

dair tak apne badan se teri khushboo aae
