Afghani Kebab
Ingredients :
1 kg Minced beef.
10 Green chilies (cut very fine).
½ bunch Coriander leaves.
½ teaspoon Black pepper (grind coarsely).
1 kg Tomatoes (boil & make paste).
Salt to taste.
1 cup Oil.
Method :
In a bowl combine mince meat, green chilies, black pepper, onions and knead them. Separate into four portions. Brush each portion with a little oil. In a flats frying pan flatten and place one portion and cook for 4 minutes. Repeat with the other portions then cut each into strips.
In a wok (karhai) fry the prices slightly, add tomatoes, salt and a few green chilies and black pepper. Cook till oil separates, garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
