good idea! humaira should sing in reema's movie, and reema should appear in one of humaira's music videos!!
the only problem tho is, humaira sings punjabi much better than urdu. her voice is suited 4 punjabi music...and reema's movie is urdu, so there's a little problem there. otherwize, i say go 4 it!

for little old lollywood, that figure is excellent if u ask me.
it was only the 2nd pakistani film 2 be released in london, so again that figure is good. u can't expect bollywood numbers for a lollywood movie...atleast not yet.

reema just had an interview....
but the reception she got was great. people would not stop cheering for her!
they showed when she entered the building, and the first person 2 greet her was none other than humaira arshad!! some lady was singing, and they kept cutting away from her performance 2 show reema and humaira talking outside!! it was cool.....

umair, as promised, here is the report!
remember i was telling u of a function at lahore 4 basant, where bollywood stars would be attending also??!! well....that event was broadcast LIVE today!!
no bollywood stars were there. but she show was outstanding nonetheless!
fuzon, junoon, humaira arshad, reema, shaida mini, shehzad roy, and a BUNCH of other stars were at PTV Lahore studios. the concert was set on the KHOTAA of the studios, and they kept cutting back 2 the studios for interviews and so on. it was 100% live!! the show was 5 hours, and fuzon was the 'main event.' people were dancing till 4am pakistani time!!! EXCELLENT show!!

i asked, 'are LOLLYWOOD STARS worth their asking price 4 movies.' i didn't ask 'is saima worth her asking price.' lol. but i respect everyone's opinions, however off-topic they are!
secondly, zara may have quite a fan followig for her looks or whatever, but that wasn't enough 2 put people in seats for laaj, which ALSO flopped. she has one official hit, and that's not enough 2 demand 10 lacks, atleast in my opinion.
iman ali is not worth what she's asking. shamyl is not worth a raise either. similar 2 zara's 'demand', there is a high demand for new hero's, does that mean, give shamyl 20 lacks???? HELL NO! he has ONE MOVIE, AND A FLOP AT THAT!! see my point???!!

i guess u have somewhat of a point, but for me, allowing indian movies 2 be shown in pakistan will force our people 2 make better movies. no competition means the producers/directors have a monoploy over us, and they'll continue 2 make average movies. and even tho u and i enjoy these movies, most in pk don't, 4 whatever reason!

yeah, ali zafar would be cool 2 see live. he reflects pakistans outstanding young pop industry. and i like his song 'huqa pani'!!
the last 2 abrar concerts in toronto have been VERY successful as well. the last one with abrar/naghmana/haroon went head 2 head against the bollywood awards held in the skydome, but STILL it sold out!! in comparison, the bollywood awards had countless no-shows and people were given a full refund. LOL.

very tru ffm. competition is always healthy!
and i would like 2 make another point:
99% of our actors and actresses are big fish in a small pond (lollywood). if they can make it in bollywood tho, and compete head 2 head with the likes of srk, salman khan, ashwariya, madhuri ect. it would truly be a significant accomplishment, don't u guys think???!!
i don't want 2 offend the HURDS of zara sheikh fans on this board, but i mean....look at how we have zara on this pedistle. its very easy 2 do so, cause her competition in lollywood is virtually non-existant. but put her in bollywood with the likes of ash, and madhuri...and then we can OFFICALLY seperate the real talent from the phonies. so the merging of lolly and bolly means more than just good movies...it means we the fans get 2 see who REALLY has the talent 2 survive!!!
btw.....i only used zara as an example. so b4 half of u spaz out....READ PROPERLY B4 U COMPLAIN.....!!
