WELL SALL ITS DEPENDS ON THAT ENVIRONMENTAL OBSTACLE..Frustration tubhi hogee na jub hum uska khayaal keraingay woh imp hoga agar imp hoga hi nahin tu frustration bhi nahin hogee..but sometimes we meet with obstacles wchich are difficult or impossible to overcome wch results in frustration...weshould learn how to cope with them and how to resolve those conflicts effectively...
