Glimmer of hope
I just want to close my eyes forever and forget about
today and tomorrow
If we talk about today can I help stop your tears?
A sweet embrace just won't be enough this time
False hope for nothing is the life I lead, tomorrow
will not change
I have lost my will to continue this way, with every
waking breath I decide
Simple as I am the way I live my life is far from normal days
I taunt the pain to prove its real then grief myself with a grin
From within, a voice is heard to remind me that I have lost control
I give into my life and color it black then I listen to my heart and hear nothing
No bride or love to comfort me when all seems lost
How can I let this go on?
Do I make the sacrifice to walk among the restless souls?

In an abandoned field they stand
a young man and his little sister
together, hand in hand
Surrounded by silence, filled with despair
Nowhere to run to, nowhere to go
looking for comfort, seeking for care
Along comes a woman
she sees them and knows
these souls are my destiny
within her heart new love grows
Slowly she approaches these angels
abandoned by God
She spreads out her arms
and showers them with love
Their search has come to an end

Laying on my back, I glance at the sky,
Watching the clouds slowly pass me by.
I close my eyes, had fallen asleep again,
Back when I was younger, playing pretend.
We walked along a path, defined as love,
From all the men,you were sent from above.
You came to me, gave me your heart,
Ever since than we have never be apart.
I could see us laughing, swimming in the white sea,
No one around us, left alone so perfectly.
Hand in hand they way it always would be,
Me loving you, you loving me.
We walked together for many hours,
Together us two, felt the world was ours.

We made love between the sheets,
