pehli baat to yeh k emergency ko law and order ki situation se justify kerna bilkul bhi theek nahi,ager aisa hota to as ashi said emergency bohat pehle lag jani chahiay thi.
another thing,now that all the agencies responsible for law and order in the country are busy handling the protestants,who is taking care of the bombers they are still at large and just waiting for the right time and opportunity to attack.
ager aata,daal,chawal etc.,matlab mehengaai emergency se pehle bhi thi aur ab bhi he to emergency laga ker pehle hi pisse huay aur mare huay logoun k basic human rights hi ghasab ker lene ki kya tukk he?
aur ager supreme court war against terrorism k khilaaf ja rahi thi they ordered to free the so called terrorists then why did government not provide any proofs against those who were set free by the court.
musharaf west ko kehta he k apne jaisi democracy ki pakistan se umeed na rakho....jaise yahan jo reh rahe hain vo insaan nahi dunger hain.

it is ultimately people who decide the degree of freedom they require....through their another right the right to vote thats why the democracy is so important.it enables people to choose their leaders,to monitor their progress and replace them when required.freedom of speech cannot be promulgated through an act(ordinence in our case)it depends upon the level of education people have,their customs,their traditions and their religion/values.its people's right so let the people to decide...that simple

i dont think we have any good choice as far as our leadership is concerned.but on the other hand i also feel that we collectively as a nation also fail to perform our duties,i mean we do have a constitution,we have a powerfull media,a sizeable middle class,and atleast half the nation is literate now but we dont even know how to protest when our basic human rights are suspended,when our constitution has been put in abeyance and when those who were supposed to defend and protect us are actually waging a war against their very own people.pakistanis love to talk only,and the biggest excuse we have for our indifference towards our national issues is that we dont have a leader.
VISIT ANY BUSY ROAD IN ANY BIG CITY OF PAKISTAN IN ANY BUSY HOUR AND YOU WILL FIND OUT IF WE REALLY DESERVE A GOOD LEADER IN THE FIRST PLACE

well, the girl has strong reasons to take the guy in the court,and her reservations about his sudden change of heart and soul are also very very justified,but as u have mentioned she needs some kind of a guarantee,reassurance and perhaps more time to think,so i think it will be wrong to pursue her to change her mind at this point.ask her to withdraw her case from the court but not to make any compromise with the guy at this point,this will provide the guy and all the wellwishers like you some time and opportunity to prove that he has truly changed for the better.3.5 years is quite some time and the girl obviously know more about him than u do,so do try to make a compromise but dont go too far in your efforts.let her decide on her own,just help her to make a good decision
