Mattar Palao

Ingredients:
2 cup rice
4 cup water
8 green chillies
1 tsp ginger ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup coriander leaves packed
1 tsp + additional salt according to taste

Preparation:
Blend chillies & coriander then fry in 2 table spoon oil along with the ginger & garlic paste.

Boil the rice in water when they are 95% cooked add the above green paste to it. Then cook it on very low heat for 10 minutes.

Haray Masalay Kay Chawal(rice With Green Seasoning)

Ingredients:

2 egg omelet

1 bowl for baking
Preparation:
(1st step)Take a baking bowl and make layer of rice then add to table spoon of Ketchup then 1 omelet   then 1 thick layer of mince.(2nd step) repeat 1st step (3rd step) put this bowl in hot oven for 5 to 10 min then put this bowl on rice tray and try to this cake should not crack decorate it with ketchup and you can write happy birthday with ketchup you will like this rainbow colored cake specially kids

Chicken And Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients:
1LB OF CHICKENBREAST
MAYONNAISE
OIL

1 GREEN CHILI
BREAD
TURMERIC POWDER
Preparation:
1.CUT UP THE CHICKEN BREAST INTO SMALL CUBES
2.HEAT THE OIL IN A FRYING PAN
3.ADD CHICKEN, GREEN CHILI AND TURMERIC POWDER FRY UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED ROUGHLY 10 MINS
4. TAKE OUT OF PAN PUT IN A SMALL BOWL REMOVING THE CHILI
5. ADD MAYONNAISE UNTIL CHICKEN IS COMPLETELY COVERED SHOULD BE ABOUT 23 TABLESPOONS
6. SERVE WARM IN FRESH WHITE BREAD AND ENJOY.

Potato Bread

Ingredients:
Potatoes 1 pound
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon or to taste
garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
blk pepper 1/2 teaspoon
fresh chopped coriander 1 bunch

Bread slices cut into halves
oil for shallow frying
egg to coat
Preparation:
Boil potatoes then skin and mash.
mix all the spices and coriander in the mashed potatoes.
put some mashed potato on each of the half bread slices. cover the slice but dont make a very thick layer. Its according to your taste.
Dip the bread from both sides in beaten egg.
Shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
serve hot with ketchup.
Great playtime snack for kids. It can also make a great lunch for their school.

Bread Pakoras

Ingredients:
Bread 1/2 medium
Chilly Powder 1 tsp leveled
Curd 1 cup
Zeera whole 1 tsp
Gram flour 1/2 cup

Salt to taste
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Green chillies 6 Finely Chopped
Coriander leaves Finely Chopped

Preparation:
Remove the crust from bread and crumble into small pieces. Then soak it in curd and 1/2 cup of water. Now take gram flour and add all the ingredients and mix them well with bread crumbs. Drop a spoonful of material in oil and deep fry.

Olive Fillets Recipe



Ingredients for Olive Fillets

    * 1 dozen chopped ripe olives
    * 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    * 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
    * Sage or marjoram
    * 1/3 cup milk
    * 2 tablespoons brown flour
    * Salt to taste
    * 1 tablespoon vegetable butter

Instructions

   1. Put butter, onion, parsley and savory into a small saucepan and simmer for a few moments.
   2. Add the brown flour and the chopped olives and stir; then add the milk and make smooth.
   3. Cut white bread into thin slices, trim off the crust, and spread lightly with vegetable butter.
   4. Cover with a spread of the olive filling and lay another slice of bread over this.
   5. Press together and cut into triangles.
   6. Lay in an oiled baking pan, pour over it a thin cream-tomato sauce and let simmer in the oven until hot through, basting now and then with a spoon, and serve.

Walnut Balls Recipe

Ingredients for Walnut Balls

    * 4 ounces walnuts
    * 4 ounces bread crumbs
    * Whites of 3 eggs
    * ½ pint sauce
    * 2 teaspoons mixed herbs

Instructions

   1. Proceed in exactly the same way as for Walnut Cutlets, forming into balls instead of flat.

Apple Pie Recipe



Ingredients for Apple Pie Recipe

    * 3 cups sliced apple
    * 1 tablespoon corn starch
    * 1/8 teaspoon salt
    * 3/4 cup corn syrup
    * 2 flaky pie crusts


Instructions

   1. Line a pie plate with the pastry.
   2. Sift the cornstarch over the apple and mix with the corn syrup.
   3. Add a trace of salt.
   4. Sift a very little cornstarch over the crust, pour in the apple mixture, making it as level as possible.
   5. Moisten the edge of the crust, put on the top which should be slashed, brush over with corn oil, and bake about 35 minutes in an oven, hot at first, then at 375 degrees F. moderated.

Banana Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients for Banana Cream Pie Recipe

    * 1-½ cups milk
    * 3 tablespoons flour
    * 3 tablespoons sugar
    * 1 large or 2 medium bananas
    * 1 egg, separated
    * A sprinkle of salt
    * pastry crust pie shell, baked
    * Splash of cold milk or water
    * Vanilla or lemon extract

Instructions

   1. Slice the banana into the baked crust shell.
   2. Heat the milk in a double boiler to boiling point.
   3. Stir the flour and a little cold milk or water to a smooth paste, and pour slowly into a hot milk, stirring as it is being added, and let cook for 15 minutes.
   4. Add 1 tablespoon of the hot cream, a sprinkle of salt and the sugar to the egg yolk and mix well.
   5. Pour the rest of the hot cream in a slow stream into the yolk mixture, stirring briskly as it is being added.
   6. Stir over the fire for a few minutes until the mixture thickens a little from the yolk, but do not boil.
   7. Pour over the sliced banana in the crust shell and set aside.
   8. Add 1 tablespoon cold water to the egg white and beat rapidly until very foamy.
   9. Gradually add 1 tablespoon sugar and a few drops of vanilla or lemon extract and beat until firm enough to spread nicely over the top.
10. Brown lightly in the oven, and let cool.

Canned Pineapple Filling Recipe

Ingredients for Canned Pineapple Filling Recipe

    * 1 can (pint size) pineapple; grated
    * 1/2 C sugar
    * 1/2 lemon -- juice only

Instructions

   1. Mix sugar, pineapple, and the lemon juice.
   2. Simmer over low heat until thick.
   3. Use as fruit pie filling in any applicable recipe.

Double Pie Recipe

Ingredients for Double Pie Recipe

Top Layer:

    * 1 cup sugar
    * 1 cup sweet milk
    * 2 eggs
    * 2 cups flour
    * ½ cup vegetable shortening
    * 2 teaspoons baking powder
    * ½ teaspoon salt

Under Layer:

    * 1 cup molasses
    * 1 cup brown sugar
    * 1 pint hot water
    * Plain vegetable shortening pastry
    * 1 lemon
    * 1 egg
    * 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

   1. Line large pie plate with pastry.

For under layer:

   1. Mix sugar with flour, add molasses, egg well beaten, grated lemon rind, and hot water, and pour into prepared pie plate.

For top layer:

   1. Cream vegetable shortening and sugar together
   2. Add eggs well beaten, milk, salt, flour, and baking powder.
   3. Spread mixture over under layer and bake in hot oven (375-425 degrees) thirty-five minutes.

Angel Cake Recipe



Ingredients for Angel Cake

    * 9 egg whites
    * 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    * 1 cup sugar
    * 7/8 cup flour
    * 1/8 teaspoon salt
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

   1. Beat the whites of the eggs to a froth, add the cream of tartar and beat till the eggs are stiff but not dry, then gradually add the sugar (which has been sifted twice), beating after additions.
   2. Sift the flour with the salt five times and fold it into the mixture.
   3. Add the vanilla.
   4. Bake in an ungreased angel cake tin in a very moderate oven (250-320 degrees F.) for forty-five minutes.
   5. Be careful not to jar or disturb while baking.
   6. Remove from the oven, turn the pan upside down on a wire netting or with a knife handle or some other small article inserted under the edge of the pan to permit steam to escape, and let it stand until the cake falls out.
   7. Ice placed on the bottom of the tin will hasten the release of the cake.

English Tea Cake

Ingredients

    * 1½ cups of flour
    * ½ cup of butter
    * ½ cup of sugar
    * ½ cup of dried currants
    * ½ teaspoon of salt
    * 1 egg
    * 2 level teaspoons of baking powder
    * 2 tablespoons of milk
    * Granulated sugar


Instructions

   1. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; with the tips of the fingers work in the butter; beat the egg, reserving a tablespoon of the egg to glaze the cakes, add the milk to the egg and use to mix the dry ingredients to a dough.
   2. With the hands roll the dough into balls the size of an English walnut.
   3. Set the balls in a buttered pan, some distance apart, brush over with the egg, dredge with sugar and bake in a quick oven.
   4. The recipe makes about fifteen cakes.
   5. They are good and quickly made.

Farina Cakes With Jelly



Ingredients

    * 2 cups scalded milk
    * 1/2 cup farina
    * 1/4 cup sugar
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 tablespoon milk


Instructions

   1. Mix farina, sugar, and salt.
   2. Add to milk and cook in double boiler for 20 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture has thickened.
   3. Add a slightly beaten egg and pour mixture into a buttered shallow pan.
   4. Brush over with another slightly beaten egg diluted with milk.
   5. Place in an oven and brown at 350 degrees.
   6. Cut in squares and serve with a cube of jelly on each square.

Spaghetti Italian

Ingredients
    * 1 pound spaghetti
    * 1 can tomatoes
    * 2 cloves garlic
    * ½ cup corn oil
    * 2 tablespoons corn syrup
    * 1 tablespoon Argo or Cornstarch
    * Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

   1. Put the spaghetti on to cook in plenty of boiling salted water.
   2. Allow thirty minutes.
   3. In the meantime, cut he garlic in bits, fry till yellowed in the corn oil, add the tomato and corn syrup and cook until the spaghetti is done, then rub the sauce through a sieve, thicken with the cornstarch blended with one tablespoon cold water and season to taste with salt and pepper.
   4. Put the spaghetti in a flat bowl or on a deep platter, pour the sauce over, and serve with grated Parmesan or American cheese.

Omelet With Italian Squash



Ingredients

    * 3 eggs, beaten
    * 1/3 Italian squash, peeled, sliced thin
    * 2 tablespoons butter
    * Flour

* 1 tablespoon cream
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

    * A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions

   1. Season the Italian squash.
   2. Dredge in flour.
   3. Fry in the butter in frying pan for about 2 minutes.
   4. Pour in the beaten eggs.
   5. Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
