o bhai marriage is a contract between two persons to live togather(HOPEFULLY)for the rest of their lives and to share the joys and sorrows that come their way.baqi mulla ka khutba,pundit k ashlok,padri ka sermon sab ghair zaroori hain.marriage us waqt se aik contract he jab insan gharon main rehta tha,her aane vaale religion ne is contract ko apne apne tor per legitimize ker dia aur bus.ager do ghair muslim mian biwi islam main convert ho jain to unhain dobara nikah parhwane ki zaroorat nahin hoti,matlab islam acknowledges their old contract.as for namaz,its not a contract but a condition,and if GOD had imposed religion on us then there would have been no need for heaven and hell.
if marriage is a contract then religions r also a contract where we follow then accoring to the guidelines of the contract
