Assalamu Alaikum
In regards to your topic what I would want to say is that every day you wake up from your sleep, its yet another chance Allah is giving you to mould and regulate your life according to the teachings of Quran and Sunnah. Every second we live, every breath we take is yet another chance for us to make us better Muslims.
When you say how can you change yourlife all of a sudden.Trust me, the feeling has to come right from your heart to make a difference in your life.
I would suggest reading small portions of Quran every day and then reading it with translation in the language you understand the best. Once you start to understand what you read InshaAllah you will feel more attracted towards religion. And salah ofcourse, as Prophet SAWS said that the factor separating a Muslim from a non-believer is Salah.

Since it is not in relegious section and since I don't have Islamic knowledge on this matter as well, I am assuming that in Saudi Arabia women do complete hijab. By completeness I mean they have to cover their eyes as well. With hijab it becomes difficult to have clear vision all the time because it might hinder with it. Also, while driving it almost seems impossible to adjust hijaab if you need to. It might lead to some serious accidents and thus there goes their rule of not allowing women to drive.

Walaikum asalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
Jazak'Allah for posting the article. I am pretty sure every muslim brother and sister amongst us knows that Valentine's Day, just like any other occassion from the west for instance Mother's Day, Father's Day is definitely the one we should not celeberate.
People agree to the reason that love cannot be celeberated or expressed on one particular day. However, according to me the the biggest reason not to celeberate would be the mere fact that it is not one of the occassions mentioned in Islam.

Masha'Allah thats nice chandni. Allah ap ko hamesha khud rakhey - Aameen
@sun_shine - I agree with you there when you say we are always looking for more. But struggling for more while you are satisfied with what you have is different compared to you not being satisfied at all

I dont think it is true all the time. There are times when time goes by even then other person does not realize your love. But I would have to agree with the fact that time heals, may be not completely but does help though.

Sun_shine - Love cannot be one sided. It never works if you are only the one putting in all the efforts and he is there just to use you. Remember Allah, offer namaz and do lots of zikar. If possible try to read Quran with its meaning and Insha'Allah HE will help you overcome your problems. And just trust Allah SWT, may be he is not the guy for you. Insha'Allah you will get someone lot better than him.
