well i have a similar kind of opinion
u see in our Prophet [pbuh] there were horses to b ridden not cars
now v cant say v shd all have horses or cammels . i mean there is an evolutionary process of mind our religion guides us and showswhat v shd do in diff situations
same is the case wid democracy and khilafat khilafat was the best when there was nt a reliable election possible bt now it is .
i am nt saying dat democracy is the ideal bt now a days it is far better than autocratic khilafat
the main disadv of democracy in 2day,s scenerio is dat v have lost our focal pt after it i mean lots of diffs in the form of firqas and anoder thing which has weakened iislamic world through democracy is this" national interest " now every country thinksof its own .no 1 seems to care of islamic wrld
