jiya then why dont you compete!?
They also have to take into consideration the height, education, ability to speak fluent english, beauty and of course willing to wear a swimsuit in front of a lot of people. Althought many pakistani girls are gorgeous, they aren't allowed to compete in such pageants.

I don't recomend anyone to watch the drama Mehndi. Amna Haq, Fiza Ali, Aisha Khan and Aijaz Aslam are drop dead gorgeous but besides that the drama is pretty average.
In some scenes, the girls wear too much makeup and I hate how everyone has such a sad story. They just keep adding sad things right when you are expecting something good to happen.
Comparing indian movies with pakistani ones, LOL i have never ever watched a pakistani movie except for one they were showing on PTV on eid 5 or 6 years ago. I think it was called Haathi Mera Saathi. That movie was f**king hilarious! I dont think it was meant to be a comedy though. LOL
Indian movies are very slick, I loved the actions in the movies esp Awara Pagal Dewana. The new movies are great. THe down parts would be how some of the girls act. Some laugh too much, some just act gay. A lot of Indian movies are very boring(but then not every movie can be great). I hated movies like Yadein and the likes because the culture they represent is soo unlike the real Indian culture. I mean, how many indians come home in their private planes and circle their huge mansions in England and have the most traditional family ever, complete with a nice grandmother and all the girls speak fluent hindi(living all their life abroad).
I also dont like how sometimes a girl has to play a role of a girl who ran away from the village to come to Mumbai, but she is the most stylish girl ever with her miniskirts and spaghetti strap dresses straight out of VOGUE. I mean, they should be a bit more realistic.
I watch MTV india sometimes and the people are always wearing the most western clothes ever. The VJs make the actual celebrities look like villagers. India is 70% or more rural and they can't really relate to that lifestyle. I dont see anything being made to represent the 70%(or more) of society that doesn't wear such clothes.
Pakistani dramas, they are very good but I dont like how a girl would be playing a spoiled brat living in America, sleeping around with boys but with a huge scarf right on her XXXXL shirt. Come on, a girl like that wouldn't wear such clothes.
In Canada(where I live), I live mostly around Indians and all the indian video stores around rent out pakistani dramas. SUrely, they aren't all waiting for a pakistani to come. Pakistani dramas esp. the punjabi style ones have a huge audience with the indians in my city. Also, my mom heard about the movie choorian from an indian. THe woman was like, there is such a good punjabi movie(she thought it was an indian punjabi movie) and she recomended my mom to watch it. I didn't get to watch it though.
Also, Star TV in canada always plays pakistani dramas. ANd i dont know if this is true but a lot of punjabi women come to my mom and say that a lot of indians(especially punjabis) watch pakistani dramas living in India.
Another thing I like about pakistani dramas over indian ones is that the indian dramas always have the same location. Like, Saas bi kabhi bahu thi is always set in the same house. It gets kinda boring sometimes. I also dont like how overly emotional they can get sometimes. And how they keep changing the person who plays a certain character and the person playing the father of a married girl would be like a 20 year old guy.
