'Belibaas' has Sunidhi, Suzan and Jayesh Gandhi and the opening lines are ' Chahat ki guzarish hai, Ankhon mein pyas bhar de, Mere dil ke jazbaton ko, Tu belibaas kar de re - and it is Suzan who is the singer in her usual sensuous style (for which she is quite sought after now). Later on, it's Sunidhi joined in between by Jayesh, who renders the extremely sensuous, provocative and inviting song. The lyrics in chaste Urdu by Sameer save the song to an extent because 'Belibaas' literally means disrobe/unclothe and had it not been for Sameer's intelligent choice one just wonders what the song would have meant or sounded like otherwise!

Lara Dutta and Celina Jaitly have followed Ash and Salman to Hollywood, but very quietly. They have made their debut in the latest film in the Pink Panther series! The film stars Beyonce and Steve Martin. Want to know more? Well, here: Lara and Celina were on a shopping spree in one of the designer stores on NY Fifth Avenue. And while they were there suddenly everyone was asked to freeze. Actually, the shoot of that film was on in that store, and the ‘reality crowd’ was being filmed. So, be sharp enough and don’t blink and maybe you’ll catch our Bollywood beauties in ��action’ in their Hollywood debuts!

And Celina’s brush with Hollywood goes a little further. Though she’s been in a denial mode for quite some time, but something might be brewing between her and Bill Cusack (John Cusack’s brother). Recently, Bill has sent Celina some toys. A gun-toting GI Joe superhero. And so thrilled is this dear lady with her hero that she is carrying him along everywhere. Now, what do you call that? Recently, at a shop opening in Saharanpur, a seemingly insecure Mallika Sherawat cattily told Celina Jaitly that she should learn to dress like an actress, in short, be better dressed in full view of the organizers. Celina was clad in a ***y J Lo tracksuit.

Mallika did not know that the airline had left Celina's bags in Dubai and the poor girl didn't have formal clothes to wear. In fact, she was looking for a boutique to shop for clothes. Celina chose to ignore Mallika's remark and maintained her dignity. Of course, onlookers were rather amused by Mallika's remarks on 'being dressed' and 'dressing well'!

The audio of Khalid Mohamed's 'Silsiilay' (yes, that's the spelling courtesy numerology) is likely to be released by Venus at a glittering event this Tuesday.

The film, produced by Vashu Bhagnani, has exemplary music by Himesh Reshammiya; the best tracks being 'Tu Chandi' (picturised on Riya Sen, Natassha, Ashmit Patel & Jimmy Shergill), ‘Belibaas' (picturised on Celina Jaitly and K K), 'Mehmaan Ban Jaaiye' (picturised on Bhumika Chawla and Rahul Bose) & 'Meri Jaan Meri Jaan' (picturised on Tabu). Amitabh Bachchan will release the soundtrack.

Feline aggression - from hissing and growling to swatting, scratching, and biting can be scary for onlookers!We are told that on her way from Dubai to Delhi, the airline, at the Dubai airport, left behind Celina Jaitly's bags.

The result?
This scintillating Celina had only her ***y J Lo track- suit (which she was wearing) and a store opening to attend in Sahranpur with Anil Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna. Starlet Mallika Sherawat was also flown down from Mumbai to attend the opening, and seemingly, got insecure of the ravishing Ms. Jaitly! While Celina was frantically searching for a boutique to pick up some designer wear for the event, Mallika, oblivious to the fact that Celina's luggage hadn't reached, is said to have made a bitchy remark to her in full view of the organisers saying, "In stead of wearing tracks and casuals, you should learn to dress like an actress and change your style of dressing!" Amusing and surprising, considering Celina is known in society circles for her impeccable and trendy sense and style of dressing. Ironical, considering the once unknown Haryanvi (Mallika, that is), was herself with full make-up clad in a hideous sequin top with jeans tucked inside her knee-high boots, all in the thick of 41 degrees!

We expected a war of words to erupt but are told that Celina kept her cool and dignity instead of reacting to the unnecessary anathema heaped on her. Needless to add, Celina was the cynosure of all eyes in Saharanpur! We're even told that because the chopper scheduled to return from Saharanpur to Delhi could not take off that night, the four film folk had to be accommodated in two rooms in a small motel. While Akshaye and Anil shared a room, Mallika and Celina had no choice but to share the other room! We're not aware of the fireworks that might have taken place within the four walls of the chamber, but if we ever get to the bottom of that or if the ladies ever speak openly about it in print, it'll make for another story by itself!

What can we say?
We can only laud Celina for maintaining a stoic silence in public view instead of raking up a murky war of words thanks to an insignificant and juvenile remark by a contemporary!
This is the same Mallika Sherawat nee Reema Lamba who initially denied our expose about her marriage several years back till another morning newspaper corroborated it with authentic quotes and pictures. Mallika's problems and unfounded starry airs with people, and particularly with women, makes for common news. Her problem with Emraan Hashmi and Ashmit Patel on the sets of Murder is common news. She even had a problem with Mahesh Bhatt after which she pursued him to resolve differences. Her next film Kis Kis Ki Kismat sank without a trace, and from what we hear, she didn't converse much with her co-star and newcomer, Siddharth Makkar either. The film she was supposed to do for Raj Kumar Santoshi is yet to take off, and in all likelihood, won't. Recently, director Anurag Bose (who gave her Murder), in an interview, mentioned that Mallika was charging too much, and would have to reduce her price to be able to make it in his next film. Reports of Mallika's problem with Rekha (or was it the other way round?) on the sets of her forthcoming Bach Ke Rehna Re also tumbled out of the closet.
We guess in the cat world aggression is a part of survival and Mallika 'exemplifies' that! For how long, we're not sure!
