The Forever Friend Where the tumbleweeds fade away and die, Before the glassy sun burns a summer of crystals, The glistering waters of the high seas Of which was so far a place as of where vultures roam. I looked around but you weren't anywhere... You used to say that you would never die, But I took the wrong meaning into my heart. Now the sea is wild with despair, Deep blue like a prairie of flowers blue, Where all children of God rest in eternal peace. I saw you at the end, You and I, brother and sister of nature, Brother and sister of heaven and earth, Your usually calm and heavenly eyes full of tears, Bitterly falling one after one into a river, Then the river of life turned red in blood. My eyes watched in horror. Slowly and deadly your heart became poisoned, You disappeared without saying good-bye, Not a word came out of your mouth. You became like desolation in its grave. When once the skies were a realm of stars And the sun shone brightly in summer skies, You were there to share the calmness; But now I stand here in midst of the tall grass And only the savannah remains.

You Were Always There Whenever I needed someone to talk to You were always there. My eyes filled with tears, my heart filled with pain, and You were always there. There was no time when I had doubt to come to you because You were always there. I could see in your eyes you wanted to help, and that you really cared.
Whenever I was down and blue You were always there. No matter my problems, are what was wrong You were always there. Whenever I felt like nothing matters You were always there.
Now your gone, and I don't know what to do I close my eyes and think of you, and how You were always there. It's hard to look at the pictures, and get memories of you Can you hear me now At night I pray, and I speak to you I guess you were right when you told me no matter how far you were You would always be there. I know one day I'll see you again, but till then I have to say goodbye
Even though it hurts to hear your name, and speak of you One thing I will always say is You were always there.

If These Walls Could Talk
If these walls could talk, you'd know my body is dead, my mind has been taken over, that's why I am so scared, I can't control it, anger is making me blind, I've been left here on my own chained to a hate of some kind. If these walls could talk.
If these walls could talk, you'd know about my fears, about all those nights I screamed for help, about all my fallen tears. You'd know about the demons haunting me at night, you'd be able to help me keep my fire alight, if these walls could talk.
If these walls could talk they would say that it's all right, God sends His angels to look over me at night. They'd encourage me, say though I am alone it doesn't mean I‘m on my own. He watches me, from above and showers me with all His love, if only these walls could talk.

And Yet I Die I see the stars sparkling so bright, Within the moon kissed sky. I hear the lark so sweetly sing, Amidst the morning dawn. I smell the flower full in bloom, And see their royal pomp.
And yet some place so deep within, I'm shrouded and I'm closed. The brilliance there I can't see, In mists of misery. Enshrined inside, unable thus, To touch the warmth without.

Loneliness
Loneliness is about talking to the winds and walls
Calling out to the deaf
Watching the wraiths and the unapparent
Accompanying solitude
Sensing the tumult of intellect
Sharing grief with sorrow
Observing joy from afar
Listening to the silence
Spending tears as flowing rivers of enigmatic emotion
Celebrating eternal winters
Awaiting the sound of crunching leaves
Recognizing lost visages in the clouds
Counting heartbeats
Reckoning raindrops
Wandering into the mist from where none returns
Replying to the meandering echoes
Loneliness is about every soul being a faraway island connected by abysmal bridges
Looking beyond the void of life to find shadows of the soul’s reflection
Finding ecstasy in the mundane seasons of life
Dreaming of unachievable pleasure
Hallucinating by daylight
Dreaming past midnight
Waking to the whispering winds
Rising to race the sun
Crying out to the dawns and twilights in praise
Walking to the heights of earth in pursuit of desire
Loneliness is about standing on a high vacant cliff bathed by moonlight, and screaming out a name; and hearing your name being called out as you fall – fall in the abyss of predicament.

What Good Is Love
I waited for your love in hope, That ours would come again, And make me feel the things I felt, When we were one, back then.
But time and distance have erased, The things I wished anew, And now I find myself alone, Though I am here with you.
What good is love, that does not touch, What good is love, that gives you pain. What good is love, that makes you run, And makes you lost out in the rain.
I traveled to another world, Out far beyond the one we knew, I thought that I could live again, And now I find I'm back with you.
But what of hearts that beat as one, And what of passion and embrace, Is it too much to ask of you, To make these tears of mine erase.
What good is love, that does not touch, What good is love, that gives you pain. What good is love, that makes you run, And makes you lost out in the rain.
Too painful this - to journey back, To times of love and laughter free, The times we lay together with A sense of you , a sense of me.
So now, I journey on alone, Forever wandering, in my thoughts, And I shall ask you once again, What good is love.
