That is what i am saying, when there is no prophet to come then who will give punishments to sinners? Of course it is the responsibilty of the society to do this to stop increasing these sins.
And about this sin, let us see what Allah says:
"The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by God, if ye believe in God and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment". (Surah 24 Verse 2)
Read carefully "Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by God". When it is evident that this sin has been comitted by them, Allah does not give us any right to be copassionate to them. It is necessary so that the society does not get polluted with these sins.

excuse me! having unmarried sex doesn't mean u have lost ur morals and will do n e thing! there is differance between haram sex and shirk or murder or incest or missing ur prayers!!! 1 thing doesn't make a person bad, ok not shariff but not evil either.
lets have an example. if the medium of exchange is Gold instead of money, then what comes to mind is clear, you borrow and repay the gold of the same amount priced at that time (time when borrowed and payed back), and it seems logical too, so in case of money the returned amount should be valued at the time of return. if you recall 25 years back the in 50 rupess we could buy 10 grams of gold, if someone borrowed that amount and today he returns it then it will be of no value for the lender, now he cannot buy even a half gram of gold from it. that is my personal opinion, maybe wrong, Allah knows better. i will post more about it if i find something better.
