Hmm, thats a true Gee Z, but another thing which is also true:
where i come from many parents want their kids to marry from pakistan in order to bring over their nephew/niece. now this isn't always the story with the kids. Many girls here wear the hijaab, even the joobah, some also wear the nikaab. now theres nothing wrong with the way they dress, they are not "westernised" but their parents still marry them bak home. now (especially girls) when a girl marries, her partner comes over it was after one year before but not sure about now after which the partner gets his indefinite leave to remain.
So he gets his indefinite, and then he divorces his wife and in turn brings his lady love from pakistan. In most cases his first wife also has a child, i've seen this in so many cases where the partner from pkistan only marries to get abroad. then families fall out because the the family in pakistan will not recieve anymore marriage proposals to the sisters of the girl whos life is now ruined. get my drift.
If it's the other way round the girl wraps her hubby around her little finger and separates him from his family. This isn't always the case because there are many couples that are living life care free.
so it's always different, culture clashes and marriages don't work out, so better to marry in the country you live. That way you understand each other better.

larkiyaan ziada feel ker laiti hain..
hmmm true, larkyon ko abbu ki ziada zaroorat hoti hai, sarr par abbu ka haath ho to aurat kiya kiya karr sakti hai. When my car breaks down i have to take it to the garage on my own, in kaamon mein abbu ki zaroorat parti hai i pray to god every night that my little bro grows up very soon, then maybe he can fill in that gap and help me out when it comes to the man's world. I have a very solid relationship with my bro, and have have full confidence he'd come to my rescue, just that, he's only 11 lol, hes still a baby
Aghar for instance: Abbu ki kaddar na ho, to jab beti ki shaadi ho jati hai, agle log bhi kaddar nahin karein ge kiyunke beti ka koi pich nahin hai, unhein koi darr nahin hota.

hey fellas, U know when u marry, Inshallah Allah (swt) will bless you with beautiful children..Don't make your daughter cry, when mum shouts it's different, but when dad hurts you its pain with a scar, u don't understand how she feels unless you're in her shoes.
totally agree wid u fathers shud not shout at daughters.. in fact ive seen dat daughters are more attached with fathers dan mothers.. its natural i guess
yeah that was true when i was young, my dad used to work overseas, and when he'd come he'd bring me special gifts, my sisters probably got a doll but he knew i loved teddy bears and every time he'd bring me a bear and they'd be bigger and bigger with every visit. But now my mum is my dad also. I love her if she ever stopped treating my like she does i probably go completely crazy

i can feel your pain ...i know how it likes insecure feeling an unknown fear but lately i realized it's part of life you have to face it the way it is ...... why don't you hug your father someday surprisingly... to tell him you are my father and i love you a lot with all your feelings with pure heart..... it might be a new beginning of your life ..you even havn't imagine
It's good advice, but u see i've never had that relationship with my dad, he'd be like "get off me you loser" lol. i'm not even joking. when i was young i was daddies girl, i liked my dad more than my mum, now dad doesn't wanna know me. i've never been a difficult child, or the problem child, i've dealt with my problems privately, parents never got involved with issues concerning me, my younger sis was the problem child, shes like the rebel and my older sis is just plain lazy. i'm invisible sort of a no one, i get on with life and take every day as it comes. But situations in life and family issues caused us to grow apart. now we just don't talk, and when he does he's normally mean, i drive him to doc appointments, i cook his food i wash and iron his clothes and my sis gets praised. u probably think i'm silly but it eats me.

When you're a kid it's different, you misbehave and u get told off, but i'm an adult, and im well behaved, so why do i feel this way?
but is he been roughly to everyone or just you?
its just me, my sis n bro get on with him really well, he's ok with them, my sis gets praised for work that i do, and my dad knows that i'm the one who put in the effort but he purposely praises my sis and he only does this when i'm around.
