Let me say sorry to keep my veiws in this forum as I am a non-muslim person.But what is my observation towards Islam and other religens is that they all are made to civilise a society. Inki policies ko follow karke koi bhi socity khush, developing bani rah sakti hei.

Related to topic, Sood (interest)lena jayaz bhi hei aur najayaz bhi, it depands on situations, ki loan ki vazah kya thi..!

NAZAYAZ tab hei jab kisi ne loan apni buniyadi zaruraton ko poora karne ke liye liya hei. Maslan kisi ke paas khaanaa khaane, apana ya apne beloveds ka eelaaj karaane ke liye paise nahin hei aur loan lena uski mazboori ban jae kuon ki uske paas aur koi charaa nahin hei. Aese aadmi se sood lena mere khayaal mein harram hei.

ZAYAZ tab hei jab loan lene ki vazah money ko stock ki tarah use karna ho. Maslan mei business mei invest karne ke liye loan le raha hoon. to yahan loan lene ka intension us paise se aur paisa kamaana hei. to yahan mere khayal se sood haram nahin hei. Ya aur koi sahuliyat hasil karne ke liye maslan achha ghar khareedne ke liye bhi sood zayaz hei.

IN short agar loan buniyadi zaruraton ko poora karne ke liye mazboori mei liya gaya hei to sood haram hei aur agar sahuliyat hasil karne ke liye liya gaya hei to haraam nahin hei.
