also...talking bout ppl in Pak who might be haqdar for sadqa...well...who knows...maybe they r the one who r under azaab from Allah and their financial position is always worse...who knows?

so it;s not upto us to decide if someone is under azaab or not...all we have to do is...if we need to give sadqa and if we know somone who takes sadqa give it to them otherwise give to any registered charity and they will use it where ever it's most needed.
