this year I am in the mood of doing more than saying. So I won't be here very much during Ramadhan.

I am preparing receive the guest from Allah, moreso than I would do it for a guest from the dunya. So in Ramadhan I'll be busy serving it and thus would not be able to vist JB as much.

Everybody have good Ramadhan

that's why I say to all and again, "don't give your opinion on divine matters, especially, when you don't know." Kiran, revise your statement. Do some reading and then present your enligthened view.

Once...Prophet Mohammad (Sal-lal-laaho- Alaih-e-W- sallam), said to Ali (razi-Allaho- anho) :

Ali ! Do 5 things Before Sleeping , Daily.

1. Give 4000 Dinar Alms/sacrifice (sadqaa) daily before sleeping.

2. Read whole Qur'aan one time ,daily before sleeping.

3. Pay price of Jannah, daily before sleeping.

4. Make a truce/peace between two fighting men, daily before sleeping.

5. Perform a Hajj,daily before sleeping.

Then Ali (razi-Allaho- anho) requested Ya'RasoolAllah (Sal-lal-laaho- Alaih-e-W- sallam).. .!It is very hard to do...how can I'll do all this ?

Prophet Mohammad (Sal-lal-laaho- Alaih-e-W' sallam) replied :

1. Read "Sura-e-Fatiha" 4 times.....Its equal to sacrifice 4000 dinars.

2. Read "Sura-e-Ikhlaas" 3 times....Its equal to read Qur'aan one time.

3. Read "Durood-e-Ibrahimi" 10 times.....Its equal to pay price of Jannah.

4. Read "Astagfaar" (Astagfaar =Astag firul'lahaa rabbi min kul'ly zanmbin w'atubu elaihe)10 times.....Its equal to make       Â Â &n bsp;    truce/peace between 2 fighting men.

5. Read "4rth Kalima" 4 times.....Its equal to perform Hajj.

Jazak-Allah fairl girl; cld you please quote the source of this tradition. I am pretty sure your must have found this hadith in a book or other electronic or print material. I want to be double sure of what is being attributed to the Prophet AS is absolutely correct. Abdullah ibn Maoud RA used to shiver with fear of misquoting before relating a hadith to the prophet SAW. He would say "ao kama qala rasullullah" - or the Prophet of Allah said something similar to this.

My second response was to your statement "HAR WO CHEEZ JO APKO DUNYA KI TARAF ATTRACT KARAY WO HARAM HAI."

I admire you have searched and quoted ahadieth. These ahadith did not rule that all types of music or poetry are prohibited. I agree selected instruments and modes of music are not permissible. Others are permissible but are not preferred or recommended as norm in a society.

There are known ills of compulsive music listening and following it. This definitely injures the spirituality of an individual and a society in a longer run. Other social ills subtly creep along with music. I am sure there are many who would disagree with me. With respect to all opinions, this is an established observation.

I think the basic reason is "the style, the way of thinking".
The Jews and other socities thinks that the Religen is for humans. While
The Muslims thinks that Human is for Religen.
I think no other socity is ready to kill
themselves on the name of religen.
But if you want the life of a muslim, its very
easy, just make him/her feel that he/she is going
to die for/to save the religen.

What I mean, Muslims ki soch ki patang har baar
religen ke darakht tak aakar atak jaati hei.Woh
Isse aage kuch soch nahin paate.
Muslims ke liye sabse hot topic bhi Religen hi
hota hei.(I am sorry if u feel bad. I take my words back.) I don't mean to insult anyone. Plz try to
change my views by disscussing and tell me more
and more about Muslims.

Jews don't think religion is made for humans. Jews think, jew is a race and is superior to all other humans. Religions are for others.

Humans made for the religion.
Islam is not a religion. It is a lifestyle - for those who take it as such. rejectionists are free to their will. Muslims, however, like any people of any other belief system have the right to live by their choice of lifestyle. All previous attempts to alter that have met stiff resistance and will face more when tried again. This is natural, and especially of a people who put their fate in the hands of their creator, hence fearless and brave any adversity.

All people hold their braves as heroes who preferred death over life for their principles and set of believes. History of all religions and nations are filled with stories of their legendary figures who laid their lives for a cause they saw worthy of capital sacrifice. Of course, their opponents called it cheap stunts, “cowardly acts,” and loss of life for nothing.

yet another one:

"And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; "Oh my sons! Allah has chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam (Muslimoon)." (Baqarah:132)

next, "Were you witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will you worship after me?" They said: They said, we shall worship and submit to your Lord, the Lord of your fathers, Ibrahim (Abraham), Ismael (Ishmael, and Ishaq (Issac) - the One (True) Allah. and we are Muslims" (Baqarah: 133)

I don't have much sympathies with Bugti but I don't agree with the way gov undid him.

He was not proven guilty of a crime in a court of law, and in a democratic society, such person is innocent until proven otherwise.

I don't buy gov's claims at all. If he was a criminal why they kept negotiating with him for past 60 years and not bring him to justice? Gov and polititians of their time took advantage of Bugti's activities to tilt the balance in their favor.

Polititians, military, and establishment creats such monsters and raises them to a point when frankestine poses threat to their own existence. they then eliminate him with a so-called charge of "criminal activity".

Sooner or later, these polititians and "generals" will also get to taste their own medicine. Just watch the game from the side-lines! Those who will die with natural causes will die with honor. Humiliation is written for all lying polititians. Mark my words

The short answer to that is bcuz humans (not all) like to be known, praised, and remembered for their identity.

Long one: In modern world standards - successful life style - fame is a major indicator of success. Famous people become wealthy and known which increases their worth. The feeling of being wanted (in demand, loved, longed for...) raises self-esteem more than anything else. This feeling not only gives a boost in confidence, it sparks the trait of arrogance and pride also. Let me be frank, arrogance and pride are very delightful to human heart, especially when it is totally centered to self aggrandizement.

good work Sall

In surah Baqarah, where Abraham's story is narrated, "When Allah said to Abraham, submit (Aslim)!, he said, I submit (aslamtu) to the Lord of the wordls.

This is Islam - voluntary submission to God Almighty.
