i;m looking forword to k.k.l,k.a.k.n,and mohabtan sachian.rest i think will be just run of the mill stuff. but for a true revival of pakistani cinema we need atlest 5,6 block busters a year. cinema's condition is really pathetic no body wants to see a movie in cinemas with ones family and that is a major hurdle in the development of paki movie business

asal main jab family laws amend kiay gay thay ti yeh cheez bhi nikah form main include ki gai thi jis ko aurat ka haq-e-talaq kehte hain,i dont remember k is ko kya kehte hain but its an option that is offered to the girl in theory only, practically no one even knows that such option exists.in new law i have heard that they are going to make it a compulsory condition in nikah form, that will enable a woman to exercise her right to divorce without having to appeal to a family court.

i think modarba type financing ka profit RIBA nahin he. but personaly i have quite a few reservations about these present modes of islamic financing.as a friend put it,khanzeer per jitni bhi takbeer perh lo vo haraam hi rehta he. and ironically most of the islamic banking products have been proposed and formulated according to the guidelines given by harvard islamic financing project, main aj k the news main hi is k bare main perh raha tha.many scholors there are muslims but they are just experts in finance, they are not genuine islamic theologians who can interpret the modern banking conditions in the light of quran and sunnah. but still something is better than nothing

lagta he sab ka saal hi bura guzra. lekin mera to kafi acha tha, kuch buri aadaton se jaan churai.kuch nai ko apnaya.
kuch passing fancies, kuch flirts, kuch nay dost, kuch nay passions, aane wale saal k liay kuch nay iraade, kuch naik tamanaain. financially mila jula saal raha,jo bachaya tha vo ura dia,but phir yun to hota hi he. bas december jate jate haath dikha gaya. khair koi baat nahin. ALLAH aane wale saal sab ko apne naik maqasid main kamyab kare aur not so naik maqasid main nakam.aameen

fragi thanks for such a detailed reply.its a good thing that so many banks have now accepted islamic modes of finance as reality and every day new isalmic products are being launched by so many banks.but after 9/11 even the islamic financing is being looked upon suspiciously by the west.just as c.e.o of albaraka financing said a couple of months ago that islamic financial inst. should withdraw their money from non-islamic countries and use them for the welfare of ummah.its not likely to happen but it goes to show that pioneers in islamic financing are now concerned over the future of islamic financing.saudia's mehmood al-faisal also expressed similar concerns over the issue. besides i think that gradually we should move forward towards a RIBA-free society, just giving ppl a choice is not enough, plus many islamic products in pakistani market atleast are attractive for the lenders not for the borrowers and that defeats the very purpose of riba free financing. so much more needs to be done.
