Was closer to my younger sis than the older one, until I moved to US. Its not the same now but still, I'm close to her but time, distance, wife has its taken toll. Yes, I have sister-like sisters and I treat 'em like that but not exactly the same. It can never be the same. What's parat of me is part of me and what's not is not.

We may have Qiyamul-Lail in our masjid tonight
wot is it SD ??
Sall, Lil_Dolly,
Its like tahajud prayers (like Taraweeh). Making Tahajjud before sleeping is called Qiyam ul lail, standing up in prayers at night. Prayers offered before fajar but after taking some sleep is called Tahjjud.

Sall, my friend, I respect your opinion and your intelligence very much. I fully agree with the notion that a woman has the right to seek divorce on the ground that her natural and rightful desire for motherhood can not be fullfilled. Its grave and pressing enough.
Second marriage doesn't mean the first wife's left high and dry.
Yes a couple can spend the life without children but Allah swt says, "Beautified to humans the love of desire for women and children......". So if they desire children, they have the right to have it.

new-bro, yah'r rit, question still remains, can woman marry another person for the desire of children?
A woman can be married to one person at a time. upon divorce and lapse of the Idda' period, she's single again. However, a woman can't give herself in aqad to a man. She has to be married to a man by her wali.

Good one Sall I don't think it is repetitive in content. However, there is emphasis on non-establishment of ‘grave and pressing’ circumstances, which leaves the matter to the conscience of the person. BTW, what's your reference Sall.
Once can safely say, a woman seek divorce for the reason, her husbands inability to give her children.
