OK, yes it is the story of HAT DHARMI.
it goes beyond that. Its the rebellion with action to undo the writ of God.
It is the story of arrogance. Humans attribute their acquired skills and riches to their own strengths. Thus thinking powerful on earth and dare to challenge the real owner of it with rebellion, conciet and disrespect.

I agree we should look at the bright side. we shud also see the reality. Sall's right, we are ignorant, divided and weak. Our people make tall claims and establish little. We make a perfect escape goat. We are large in number, our extremists vow to kill and hurt, and opportunists are cahing in.

Our strength was in brotherhood and love for each other. Jealousy toward each other broke it down to pieces. Jealosy for the provisions of this dunya made us compete and even to the point of cutting throats of each other. We are enemies to each other and our enemy is eating us up one by one.

Sall, tht's a very generalized definition of Nifaq. Prophet SAW did not label anyone as Munafiq even when Allah SWT specifically told him about who were the munafiqeen.
Hypocrites, called in Quran, worse than disbelievers and their abode will be in the deepest chambers of Hell Fire. There types are either "hypocracy of faith" or "hypocracy of act". Former is the worst becus they intend to hurt Islam and Muslims from within. They are decietful, i.e someone, who's kafir in heart and wishes ill for righteous Muslims but shows-off as righteous muslim and well wisher of believers. Later kind is of those whose acts dont match their belief. For example, people who believe stealing is a sin and still do it; who know Allah ordered prayers but they skip it; they know foul language is prohibited, yet they don't refrain.
