Bottom line is that he is a Christian with a Muslim name because he was born to Muslim parent. I have seen other people like him. Some muslims fulfill their desires by marrying non-muslim girls here in America than abandon them later. Some of them bear children who were named as Muslims but they were raised as christians. They don't like to be associated with islam in any ways.

I don't know why you comment on things that you have no clue about them.

If he is "half Muslims", what is his other half?

He openly rejects Islam and admits that he is a Christian.

Search that web site and you will find so many more refuting statements about him being muslim. Most post there suggest that it was a smear campaign of rightists.

I wish you were a little more than a selective headline reader.

why they call him barack hussain obama?

Man!!!!! I didn't think you would ask that question?
anyways, his first name is also a Muslim name, Ba'rak ("be blessed" in Arabic). His father was a Muslim who named him like that but he took the religion of his mother who was a christian.

Don't judge things by their appearance. dig a little deeper, it will help you find answers many basic questions.

after becoming president or prime minister they all become same they do talk much in the beginning but later nothing

Again, in American democracy, prime minister is not a position....Of talking (promising) much and later not doing so much, it is how a person percieves and understands politicians' statements. A headline reader or a mere news listner will never understand or be able to read between the lines of a candidate's statement. Here we are taling about US Presidential candidates who are anticipating a host of issues, you can't even imagine. They never talk of solving individual's problems, they address policy issues and how things will be handled at macro level. US macro is much bigger and their canvas is the whole world.

Partly true. Most American policies are shaped by think tanks which advise US president on those policies. President appoints heads of those think tanks who lead those think tanks to serve goals of a president. So in many ways, Obama, a democrat will bring people on this high level positions who will complement his approach. Yes, there will be influences from pwerful lobbies to set the course of his presidency, but the president has tremendous powers of execution and veto among others.

Speaking of system, legendary presidents of US have changed and reshaped systems for efficiency and effectiveness. Whereas, mediore ones either used the system or exploted it to reach their ideologies. Only time will tell whether the new president will be legendary or ordinary.

Now that is a very generalized statement.
Obama's approach to most issues relating to Americans is drastically different from McCain's policy position. Obama is liberal -- largely accomodating American's social differences and serving mostly working class and middle class people.
McCain is Conservative and Palan is neo-conservative, meaning they will be leaning more toward religious extremists and serving rich and privileged people.

If none of them are good, then who is? how would you pick one? remember, American's are electing American president. Everything else is secondary to them.

...and yet, he (SAW) himself stood in prayers for longest parts of the night and prostrated seeking forgiveness...his companions followed his footsteps in repentence...why did they not say this drood instead? I am confident that they did but after the prayers or in between prayers...

That makes me think that saying drood would wipe out sins that a human being commits unintentionally or those that may have happened between prayers.

Hadith of the prophet in Bukhari says that Allah SWT forgives sins of his servants that occured between one prayers and the next prayers, from one Friday to another Friday, and between one Ramadhan to the next.

how can we stop dese kinda things ??

unfortunately, none of us can. We are not the people who can bring the glory back to the deen of Allah....we are too week and too attached to our own benefit. This will continue to happen except, if we change our selves first....if we don't, then lets enjoy life and forget about what happens in the next life...

That is a very general but encompassing all acts of life.

Quran says, "Peace of mind (heart) is indeed in the rememberance of Allah." and quran says, "the best rememberance of Allah is Salah" (constancy and abundance of prayers) meaning daily required and nawafil prayers.

So who among us have tasted that sweetness -- especially in Ramadhan?

'Amir Liaqat on GEO ('Alim Online) is a big fraud, as typical in Pakistan

He is a member of the biggest terrorist organization in Pakistan (even more than the rafiDis and Sipah Sahaba tableeghis) called the MQM (Muhajir Quami Movement)

It is this movement with its hooligan king Altaf Hussain in the UK who actually bombed the Mawlid Conference in Karachi that led to the martyrdom of more than 50 'ulama and Sunnis on stage while praying salat including the entire leadership of Sunni Tehreek (the target of MQM)

These people are gangsters. This man is no sufi, but after dunya. He is trying to win over the Lucknow/Faizabad/Bilgram/Jaunpur rafiDis especially in Karachi.

These are those gangstera among the Urdu speaking people who came from India to Pakistan, especially UP and Bihar, because they did not find a life there to live criminally.

Karachi knows that MQM is the Dahshat Gard in almost everything. One of their stooge on stage is this Liaqat.

thanks for your input, but I didn't want to drag this topic into a political discussion.

BTW what is/are rafiDis?

i m juz narrating the truth .. m not taking this topic into politics

Rafidis [tabarra’i>are who insult Abu Bakr and ‘Umar radiyAllahu ta’ala ‘anhuma –

O' I see...so they believe that insulting someone, especially the companions of the prophet earns them some sort of ajr!! what kind of a perverted idealogy is that

I know you are not talking politics but what is truth for you could be seen as offense by others...
