Funny thing is we can't even define luck...in the back of our mind we expect things to happen out of unexpected or at least when probability is low or when odds are against us... when that doesn't happen, we feel unlucky... We give little but we want too much, this feeling of bad luck roots out of unhappiness and displeasure with what Allah gives or does not give to us or to others.

Luck is an alien terminology in our belief system. The beauty of Muslim heart is it is content with whatever it gets and happy for whatever it doesnot. because we believe Allah gives to us what is beneficial for us and holds back from us whatever is harmful to us. Too much longing for material things and unrealized desires cause dejection and depression.

May be you are different but "generally" people do assossiate with people with common tastes in clothing, entertainment, food, and values.

Most people won't like it but majority of muslims are practicaly non-muslims. Their practices, manners, moral, life-style is like non-muslims.
