Sabr is form of shukr also.
When we loose something or don't get something or can't do anything about a circumstance, if we remain patient and thank Allah for counting blessings instead of getting upset over it is shukr too.

Like belief must be mainifested by tonge and action, sabr must reflect in speech and in action.

Its about time for putting it to action.

Thankfulness comes from happiness and contentment.
If someone is not happy with what it gets will not be truly thankful. One who is not content with its provisions will not thank for what it has. it will instead greed for more and more and ....

when you make a statement about Allah or His messenger, make sure you have correct refernce for it.

Aisha (RA) asked Prophet Mohammed (specifically) did you see Allah (SWT). The Prophet (PBBUH) responded with how could I see Allah, No one can see Allah.

Neither Allah told us in the Quran nor Prophet claimed of having seen Allah in any sound narration.

If you can bring a clear proof from Quran or hadith, i will accept it. Anyone else's opinion is as good as yours and mine if not based on these two sources.

Allah says in the Quran: Say (O Mohammed to the people), indeed knowledge is with Allah, and verily I am only an open warner.

Mohammed (pbuh) only knew what allah told him.

Allah says in the Quran: He is Allah the One other them Him, no one's worthy of worship Knower of what is hidden (gahib) and what is known (shahadah), the most beneficent, the most merciful.

In Quran, Allah SWT says, roughly translated as: No eye has seen what we have kept in the paradise...

No one knows a complete list of things will be offered in the heaven. Though nothing of "male hoors" mentioned in the Quran, many other details have be kept from the reader also.

For as "Hoor ul ain" are concerened, you will will find their mention mostly when encouragement to defend islam and Muslims against military threats were made. Especially in the time of Prophet (pbuh) when Muslims were few in number and poorly equipped and standing up against huge and well trained armies would have been insanity, Allah SWT revealed limited details of Jannah with the mention of Hoorul Ain. Allah SWT promised that to those men who despite the fact that their chances of survival were slim, left their homes and wives whom they loved for the love of allah and His deen.
Husbands of women who would (if) accompany them in the paradise, would be their husbands in paradise also. If they didn't have one, Allah will provide them with one they will well pleased with. Paradise's a place where everyone wld be satisfied with all desires fulfilled.

SK, lemme suggest somsing:

Why not ask the person whose post yur about to delete b4 yu actually do it? Who knos tht prsn may present a genuine reason for hs/hr post

This may also reduce ill feelin and promote better understanding. Being authoritative is very easy, bldg consensus is wht leaders find challenging.
If you deleted farady's post, expln it to hm. At least caution the person and state reason shy yu think post shd b deleted.

We found "Ilahs" other than Allah.

Do we really believe that Allah is the provider? If we do than why do we steal? why do we cheat, dissuade others?

Do we believe tht no one can benefit or harm anyone with Allah's permission and no1 can save some1 from something Allah has decreed? We don't, otherwise we wldn't b affraid of consequences.

Do we really believe in the last day? If we did we wld long for it, we wld trade the bounties of life and world for akhira. we'r doing the opposite. Result - unending greed, competition for petty wordly things, goals of life blind us from the goal of life after this life. Impatience and unhappiness are also virtues of ir.

Fix for it - No quick fix, but in the lng run, start correcting self, develop strength to resist temptations and to offer sacrifices. Present an example in self and encourage members of immediate family.
